The Consultant is to assist the BRRCD in the preparation of state roads projects to improve key state road sections for possible financing by ADB. The specific objective of the consultancy is to undertake initial poverty and social analysis (IPSA) as required, ensuring that indigenous people assessment is conducted in line with ADB’s policies and guidelines. We are also responsible for presenting ADB a good quality environmental assessment reports in accordance with ADB’s environmental policy and guidelines, ensuring that environmental studies are conducted in line with ADB’s policies and guidelines so that an ADB mission can prepare the required documents for ADB financing.
